Dale grew up on his family ranch in Craig, Colorado and spent his childhood taking part in 4H and FFA activities, as well as working on the ranch. After high school he moved to Ft. Collins. While there, he graduated with honors from IBMC College in 2012 and went to work for Muscle Restoration before moving back here in 2015. Upon his return, he started working for Peak Performance as a massage therapist. He enjoys being outdoors and being involved with the family ranch. Whenever possible, he likes to go back to his roots and attend the county fair to watch the 4H and FFA students with their animals.
Dale believes that every massage should be a unique experience, based upon the clients needs. He works within the client’s pain tolerance to alleviate trigger points within the muscles and reduce pain or discomfort. Clients relax and unwind while he whisks them away with a smooth, rhythmic Swedish, essential oil, and hot stone massage.
Prior to any treatment, we consult with each patient to understand the issues being presented, evaluate the current situation, and develop a treatment plan. This process may include x-rays, physical examination, medical history, and a 30-minute consultation. Since each patient and situation is different, each treatment plan is uniquely designed. We provide services in chiropractic, massage therapy, and digestive/nutrition health.
Massage therapy focuses on manipulating the soft tissues like muscles, tendons, and ligaments by improving circulation and blood flow that warms these soft tissues, causing them to loosen and relax.
There is an undeniable connection between the importance of proper digestion and the occurrence of many recurring and nagging health complaints such as allergies, migraine headaches, and digestive disorders.
