What is used

Simple tools, specific loading

Bands, stability equipment, and body-weight progressions cover most of what patients need. The value is in the selection and the dosage, not in the machinery.

Everything is chosen so you can carry it over at home, because between-visit work is where most of the change happens.

Progression

How the plan advances

Exercises start at a level you can perform well and advance as control improves, not on a fixed timetable.

Movements are demonstrated in the office and reviewed at follow-ups so form does not drift.
