24-Hour Integrative Urinalysis

A full-day collection used as a nutritional screening tool, reviewed with you in plain language.

Short answer

A 24-hour integrative urinalysis is a nutritional screening panel collected over a full day rather than from a single sample. Because what the body handles changes hour to hour, a full day gives a steadier picture than one snapshot. It is a screening tool used in nutritional consultation, not a medical diagnostic test.

Why a full day

What the panel looks at

A single sample reflects one moment. Collecting across a full day smooths out the effect of a heavy meal, a hard workout, or a poor night of sleep, so patterns are easier to see.

Results are discussed as part of a wider conversation about your diet, symptoms, and history. No single number decides anything on its own.

Process

What the process looks like

01

Consultation first

The panel is only discussed when your history suggests it would change what is recommended.

02

Collection at home

You collect over 24 hours using written instructions from the office, then return the sample.

03

Review together

Dr. Younker walks you through the findings in plain language, including what they do not tell you.

04

A plan you can follow

Any dietary or enzyme support is kept simple, specific, and reviewed after a set period.

Honest limits

What this panel is not

This is a nutritional screening tool. It does not diagnose disease, replace lab work ordered by your physician, or justify stopping any prescribed treatment.

If your symptoms are new, severe, or getting worse, see your physician first. Nothing on this page should delay medical evaluation.
