Insurance
Insurance and claims
Because payment is collected at the time of service, patients submit claims to their own insurance provider. Coverage for chiropractic care varies widely by plan, so contacting your insurer beforehand is worthwhile.
Please contact the office to confirm insurance and payment details for your situation before your first appointment.
Auto accidents
Auto accident injuries and MedPay
Medical Payments coverage, usually called MedPay, is an optional add-on on Colorado auto policies that pays for treatment after a collision, generally regardless of who was at fault. Call your auto insurer and ask whether your policy includes it and what the limit is.
Bring the claim number, the adjuster's name and phone number, and the police report number to your first appointment. Call the office before you come in so billing for a collision-related claim can be discussed and set up correctly from the start.
If an attorney is involved in your claim, tell us at the first visit so records and reporting can be handled the way your case requires.
Veterans
Veterans and VA referrals
Veterans can often access community chiropractic care through a referral or authorization from the VA. That process starts with your VA primary care team or care coordinator, who determines eligibility and issues the authorization.
If you have an authorization in hand, or you are in the middle of requesting one, call the office at (970) 242-1903 before booking. We will talk through what documentation is needed and confirm what we can accept for your situation, so there are no surprises at the front desk.
Policy
Cancellation policy
We request you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, or any missed appointments, will be charged the normal patient fee.
