What it is

Periodic care after a problem is resolved

Wellness care means occasional visits after active care ends, typically to keep a known problem area moving well and to catch a flare early rather than late.

It is a choice, not a requirement, and it is discussed openly at the end of active care.

Who chooses it

Who tends to find it worthwhile

People in physically demanding work, athletes in season, those with long histories of recurrence, and anyone who has learned their own early warning signs.

The interval is set by your history, not by a schedule handed to everyone.
